It's from Scott Anderson of <a href="http://www.onenw.org/">ONE/Northwest</a>.<br /><br />There's a <a href="http://www.onenw.org/downloads/householding_in_salesforce.pdf">PDF</a> you can download with instructions for setting up householding for non-profits. Looks great. You can do mass emailings to an excel file (which means you can email a campaign just by exporting it) using 'merge fields' so that your email is personalized to each contact. You can include merge fields like your campaign_name so that your email can say "Hi {first_name}, hope you enjoyed the {campaign_name}!
